A FINAL WORD Phew!

Phew! What a journey huh? I hope you have found this eBook useful.
I was inspired to write this eBook out of FRUSTRATION – I simply
could not find the information contained in this eBook EXPLAINED
SIMPLY – anywhere!

SO NOW WHAT?

Remember, a few hours ago, you had no idea how to create a website?!
Now look at what you have accomplished.
I have said this already – but it warrants being said again – you have no
idea how many people who want to make money in this business will not
bother to spend the time learning what you now know. A lot of people
will rely on affiliate sites to ‘do all the work for them’.

PUTTING TEXT IN A TABLE

I want to show something else that can make your web page come even
more alive.
And this is putting some text in a box – or a table as it is correctly called.
Let’s use one of my websites as an example. Here is a bit of text from
one of my sites.
Now let’s assume I want to put the following into a table so it stands out a
bit more.

It is very easy to do.

RESIZING YOUR PAGE

At the moment the pages you have created run the full width of your screen.

Whereas there is nothing wrong with this as a process to learn – when it comes to actually publishing your website –I’m sure you’ll agree that your pages currently look too wide.

Therefore we want to resize them – so they look aesthetically more pleasing on the eye and your site looks more professional.

Take a look at one of my sites: note the ‘space’ either side of my main page.

Also note that my actual web page sits neatly in the centre of the screen. Yours is about to do the same!

At the moment – each page that you have created runs the ENTIRE width of your computer screen.

We want to change that by creating a ‘table’ within the screen. In to this table – we will insert all your content of your webpage.

This is very easy to do.

CREATING ANOTHER PAGE

You will race through this section.

In moments - you will have a website on line for the whole world to see - with three separate pages that all link together - plus a link to another website.

Back at the Kompozer page - click on ‘New’.

On the right hand side of the screen, a new page will appear. It is called

‘untitled’.

Note at the top there are two tabs, one named ‘My First Web Site’ (from when we named it earlier) and this new ‘untitled’ tab.
